Even from the moment that we proposed ourselves to give live to a real estate project that thanks ourselves first, we thought that it would be indicated to approach the matter from many angles and to let this way the inspiration talk to us.

The ideas gathered fast and the common “ground” in order to unite them all in a coherent whole is going to be our residential project. 

So ideas like: luxurious villa, holiday house, house at mountains, nature, forest, ecological, welcoming house, warm house, etc., constituted the basic „bricks “ that lead after a considerable effort of creative thinking, to synthesizing our concept:

„WHEN GREEN OF NATURE “TOUCHES” BEAUTIFULL RESIDENTIAL VILLA”.

So our concept is not just a simple sequence of words, a slogan, but it represents an symbol idea, concentrated and materialized after an effort of a whole creation group which aimed to  cover and load as best as possible into a phrase their deepest and at the same time achievable hopes regarding a residential project.
