VILLA LOCATION PANTEX

                 The project, even from the concept point, had a few specific demands: to be located in the middle of nature in order to feel all the time like in vacation, the location to be in a quiet area but as close to the city as possible, the surface of the land to be big enough to permit building a luxurious villa with swimming pool, terraces and a spacious garden and all that at a reasonable price.

As a location, what other city in Romania could be more appropriate than Brasov, the number one city of tourism and Romanian skiing.  Soon, we found out that it is the city where different sportive clubs practice all the Olympic sports.
                Brasov is an historical city attested even from 1292, situated at Tampa’s foot at 600-650 meters high. Named in the past by the Saxons Kronstadt, it was a powerful commercial center being situated at the confluence of three major regions of the country: Transylvania, Moldavia and Wallachia. Even today, the town preserves in the old part (where the real estate project that we wish to present is located) a medieval air. Here can be found many touristic objectives from which we remind: Black Church (with the oldest organ in SE Europe), Fortress Brasov Schei Gate, Catherine’s Gate, Town Hall, Hircher House, “Muresenilor” Museum, Assembly Square, Union Square, etc.

Brasov is the city of Braşov County residence where numerous touristic objectives can be found from which we remind: National Park Bucegi, National Park Piatra Craiului, Natural Reservations in Ciucas Mountains, Bran Castel, many citadels and fortifications (Harman, Prejmer, Sanpetru, Rasnov, Fagaras, etc. Citadels), Haller Castel from Hoghiz,  places of worship (Brancoveanu Monastery, Bucium Monastery, Evangelic Church from Rasnov, Reformat Church from Rasnov, etc.), museums (Ethnographic from Sacele, National from Brasov, etc.), touristic resorts (Poiana Braşov – at 12 km from Brasov; Predeal – at 20 km of  Brasov, on DN1; Paraul Rece – at 30 km of Brasov; Zizin, Rodbav Baths– at 15 km of Brasov; Timisu de Sus – on DN1; Timisu de Jos – on DN1; Persani Baths: Homorod Baths– at 65 km of Brasov).

                So, at the edge of this wonderful city, in Pantex area, at about 250-300m of the road connecting Brasov and (DN1), in a sunny meadow, in the middle of nature and with a special view over Piatra Mare Mountains we found the perfect location for our residential project.
