The project that we bring to your attention is located in Romania’s number one tourist town namely Brasov, the Wall-Street publication considering it the „most visited city from Romania”. 

Brasov, for those discovering it for the first time, is an historical city attested even from 1292, situated at Tampa’s foot at 600-650 meters high. Named in the past by the Saxons Kronstadt, it was a powerful commercial center being situated at the confluence of three major regions of the country: Transylvania, Moldavia and Wallachia. Even today, the town preserves in the old part (where the real estate project that we wish to present is located) a medieval air. Here can be found many touristic objectives from which we remind: Black Church (with the oldest organ in SE Europe), Fortress Brasov Schei Gate, Catherine’s Gate, Town Hall, Hircher House, “Muresenilor” Museum, Assembly Square, Union Square, etc.

At only 250 meters from the Black Church and at 100 meters from the place where almost every year takes place the International Music Festival “Golden Stag” (“Cerbul de Aur”) in the Assembly Sqare (“Piata Sfatului”), our firm bought a spacious apartment in a 200 years old building, house full of memories of old times. So, on Muresenilor street in the middle of the medieval citadel and of the classical Saxon architecture we found this “real estate jewelry” that expected a visionary eye that observes and brings it to light.
